Hi, I'm Rikke

I am an organizational and leadership coach passionate about supporting people and organizations developing and implementing change.

I help people and their organizations grow by working with them to become more explorative and prioritize a learning focus over immediate results, as they develop and implement new ways of thinking and working together. I strive to support people from where they are, knowing that it is not always possible to predict where there will be an opening or new possibilities arising.

To me coaching is a partnership where we work on stimulating and facilitating change through a balance between support and challenge. I do not pretend to come with a ‘quick fix’ for either people or organizations, but I am genuinely concerned about how to enable growth and development of people and their organizations.
