About me

​

I am an organizational and leadership coach passionate about supporting people and organizations developing and implementing change. 

 

I find that organizational change requires not only skillful change management but also strong and authentic leadership. I believe that the value we add when working with other people increases when we stay curious, access and accept our own ignorance, and stay humble and truly curious about both others and ourselves.

​

I have spent 16+ years as a manager and internal, as well as external, consultant in big public sector organizations in Denmark, where I have had different managerial roles myself and worked with leaders leading change. My primary field of expertise is public welfare services, especially health care and social services.

​

I work as a senior management consultant in a management consultancy firm, Connector A/S, helping organizations via strategizing and implementing change, supporting managers and management groups in their leadership. I have a certificate in Organizational and Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University.

​

I apply my expertise in my coaching practice, working with leaders who are leading organizational development and growth as they strive to solve the ‘wicked problems’ of a growing population, changing expectations, and a shrinking work force. As I continue to develop my coaching abilities, I strive to help those faced with challenges to develop their capabilities to work with similar challenges themselves in the future.

I am 44 years old and live in Denmark with my partner and our 9-year-old girl. When I am not working or studying, I spend time volunteering in my daughter’s soccer club, walking the family’s Jack Russell Terrier, and cooking for family and friends.
