To listen with an open will

As a coach, I hope to stand on a deep awareness about levels of listening and how to practice listening on different levels. I realize the importance of having an open mind and an open heart, whether I am listening to other people or myself. As I aspire to help people develop and grow, I hope to listen from the emerging future, thereby learning together with clients. I have come to realize how important for learning and growth it is to be truly open for the generative power of listening with an open will.
